We currently deliver within South Africa unless another option is specifically offered at checkout. Delivery is free on qualifying orders over R1,000.
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within approximately 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on destination, courier capacity and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
When tracking is available, you will receive the relevant tracking information once your parcel has been processed by the courier.
Please make sure the delivery address and contact number supplied at checkout are accurate. Hovanahills cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a standard return, the item should be unused, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Before returning an item, email enquiries@hovanahills.com with your order details and reason for return so we can guide you through the process.
Return courier costs are normally for the customer’s account unless the item supplied was incorrect, damaged on arrival or defective. Personalised, altered or used items may not be returnable unless required by law.
Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may affect how quickly the refund reflects.
Original delivery charges are not normally refundable unless required by law or where Hovanahills supplied an incorrect or defective item.
If you would like a different product or colour, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Where an exchange cannot be completed, we may process a return and refund so that a new order can be placed.
Eligible Hovanahills products carry an endless warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, email photographs, your order details and a short description of the issue to enquiries@hovanahills.com.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised alterations, unsuitable cleaning, excessive heat or moisture exposure, or the natural development of leather and canvas patina. Nothing on this page limits any consumer rights that apply by law.
Leather and canvas are character-rich materials. Small variations in colour, grain, texture and patina are part of their nature and are not normally defects. Please follow our care guidance to help your bag age well.
