Every Hovanahills bag is made to be carried for years, so we stand behind it for as long as it lasts. If it fails in normal use, we’ll repair it. If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it. No expiry date.
The Endless Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that show up through normal use, at any point in your bag’s life.
Seams that open and stitching that comes loose.
Clips, rings, buckles and studs that break or come away.
Zips that fail, and straps or handles that give way.
Email enquiries@hovanahills.com with your order number or proof of purchase and a few photos of the problem.
We look at the photos and come back to you with the next steps.
For approved claims, we arrange a courier to collect your bag, at our cost.
We repair it, or replace it if a repair isn’t possible, and courier it back to you at our cost.
The Endless Warranty applies to the original purchaser of a bag bought from Hovanahills or an official Hovanahills stockist, with proof of purchase. If a bag can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with the same model, or one of equal value if it’s no longer available. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
And backed for as long as you carry it.
