Yes. On orders over 25 bags we produce a monogrammed sample for your approval first. On smaller orders you are welcome to buy one at the normal price, and we will credit it against the order.
The canvas comes in the colours shown on the site. The monogram is debossed into the leather rather than printed, so it takes the leather's own colour — which is exactly what makes it read as a gift rather than as merchandise.
Yes. We can invoice with 30-day terms for established companies, or take EFT on order. We do not require a card for volume orders.
Yes, at cost. Tell us on the form and we will price it into the quote.
Unmonogrammed bags fall under our standard 14-day returns. Monogrammed pieces cannot be returned unless faulty — but every bag, monogrammed or not, carries an endless warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
For December gifting, talk to us by early October. Monogrammed runs need 10–15 business days from artwork approval, and that window gets busy.
